Alastair H. Simeson
Al Simeson is the partner in charge of Litigation at the firm. He has many years of experience representing and fighting for the rights of innocent accident victims and winning just compensation for these individuals.
Melissa Belliveau
Melissa is an associate of the firm. She was called to the bar in June 2007 and graduated from Queen’s University Faculty of Law in 2006. Melissa received an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Public Policy from the University of Guelph in 2003.

Gary Kitchen is a partner of the firm providing his clients with over 30 years of experience in all areas of family law and civil litigation. Gary also defends persons charged with criminal offences and other violations of federal and provincial statutes.
