Al Simeson is the partner in charge of Litigation at the firm. He has many years of experience representing and fighting for the rights of innocent accident victims and winning just compensation for these individuals. In addition to personal injury litigation, Al has extensive experience in business and commercial litigation, construction law and employment law.
Al has been actively involved in his community by sitting on various boards of community organizations and assisted in coaching for minor hockey and minor lacrosse. Al is a former President of the Oshawa Chamber of Commerce and a former Chairman of the Canada Pension Plan Appeals Tribunal.
